Shipment cost: The average annual shipment cost is $1199, plus $25 flat-rate ground shipping and local taxes where applicable.
Renewal terms: Membership remains active until cancelled by member. There is no membership or cancellation fee.
Three shipments per year: Details on each club shipment will be emailed prior to charging your order. Each shipment is charged separately prior to shipping.
Where should I have my wine shipped? Direct shipping laws require an adult 21 years or older to accept and sign upon delivery of all club shipments. FedEx and UPS are not permitted to leave wine shipments without obtaining an adult signature. We recommend shipping to a business address or to an address where there will be an adult to sign for the delivery during normal business hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
States authorized for direct shipment: We are currently able to ship wines to all states except AL, AR, DE, IN, LA, MS, OK, RI, UT, WV & WY.
Kentucky residents: It remains illegal to ship wine to any community in Kentucky that prohibits the local sale of alcohol (“dry communities”). By subscribing to this wine club, you actively affirm that you can legally receive alcohol at the shipping address provided.
Re-shipment policy: If your wine shipment has to be rerouted to an alternate address or is returned to the winery after three delivery attempts have been made, member will be responsible for the associated charges.
